Our client, a rapidly expanding IT recruitment firm, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Officer to join their finance team. You will play a crucial role in managing monthly payroll processes, raising invoices, and serving as the primary point of contact for our contractors and clients. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for employees and contractors.
  • Maintain employee records, including changes to salary, deductions, taxes, and other payroll-related information.
  • Process statutory payments, such as tax, National Insurance, pensions, and other deductions in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for contractors and clients regarding payroll-related queries, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Address any discrepancies, issues, or concerns related to payroll promptly and efficiently.
  • Foster strong relationships with contractors and clients to ensure a positive and professional experience.
  • Generate and raise accurate invoices for clients based on contractual terms and agreements.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments, ensuring timely collection and resolving any billing discrepancies.
  • Assist in general financial administration tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, tax regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports, including year-end tax filings, P11Ds, and other necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and produce reports as required by management and external stakeholders.

Our client is looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a rapidly expanding IT recruitment firm. As a key member of our executive team, the CFO will play a critical role in driving our financial strategy, managing international teams, and guiding the company through an exit within the next five years. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the financial strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and exit plan.

  • Drive budget planning, forecasting, and financial modeling to optimize resource allocation and ensure financial stability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role within the IT industry.
  • Strong track record in driving financial performance, strategic planning, and international finance management.
  • Expertise in forecasting, budget planning, financial modeling, and data analysis.
  • Experience guiding a business through an exit process and working with legal and investment banking partners.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
