You will play a crucial role in managing monthly payroll processes, raising invoices, and serving as the primary point of contact for our contractors and clients. - Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for employees and contractors.
- Maintain employee records, including changes to salary, deductions, taxes, and other payroll-related information.
- Process statutory payments, such as tax, National Insurance, pensions, and other deductions in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Act as the main point of contact for contractors and clients regarding payroll-related queries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Address any discrepancies, issues, or concerns related to payroll promptly and efficiently.
- Foster strong relationships with contractors and clients to ensure a positive and professional experience.
- Generate and raise accurate invoices for clients based on contractual terms and agreements.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments, ensuring timely collection and resolving any billing discrepancies.
- Assist in general financial administration tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, tax regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports, including year-end tax filings, P11Ds, and other necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and produce reports as required by management and external stakeholders.
